The Center For African Studies

The Centre for African Studies, headed by Pr. Ali Benmakhlouf, is a teaching and research center of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, located in Benguerir, Morocco. This center is devoted to studies relating to the African continent. It focuses on three areas :

Promoting studies carried out on the continent.

Documenting studies on Africa produced elsewhere.

To teach studies that enable us to see the world from Africa's point of view.

The center has a scientific committee whose role is to:

Discuss the broad lines of its development.
To take part in welcoming post-doctoral and doctoral students (auditions, selection).
